News on the grapevine that Gavin and Theresa are bringing a new arrival to the family home today - a cousin!

She is a Kelpie cross Border Collie and only about 4 months old. We look forward to visiting for a play. She is arriving this afternoon, so we hope to be able to meet her on the weekend. Good looking too!

old dogs, new tricks...

Although it is winter here, life is pretty good. Our owners' mum thinks we're going a bit senile in our old age. We have scammed this beautifully - what we do is stand around in the backyard barking. We got in trouble for this a few months ago when the neigbour over the back came over and cracked it at our owners... since then, whenever we bark we get brought inside where it is much warmer than out, or better still, the mum throws dog food pellets around the backyard for us to find.

It shuts us up while we sniff them out and eat them, but as soon as they're gone, we bark up a storm...

We have heard news that a new pup will be joining the pack... we can't wait to see her!
